The room we stayed in had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. It made us feel like we were at home, just with a touch of luxury. The air conditioning in our double room was a lifesaver during the hot days in Naples. It kept us cool and comfortable all throughout our stay. We loved having a balcony in our double room. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The twin room we stayed in had a cozy seating area, which was great for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The suite we booked had a convenient microwave, which came in handy for warming up leftovers or making quick snacks. The private bathroom in our suite was equipped with a hairdryer, making it easy for us to freshen up and feel our best before heading out.
Personally, we didn't find much use for the tumble dryer in the suite. However, we understand that others might find it useful during their stay.

This place was absolutely amazing with a huge apartment and private bathrooms in each room. The kitchen and living room were well-equipped and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious with croissants and hot drinks. The location was perfect, surrounded by stores, cafes, and fruit shops, and only a 10-minute walk to the metro station. The host was incredibly friendly and even waited for our late arrival. it was a super comfortable and convenient place to stay. Just make sure to check if the hot water is on, especially in winter. Otherwise, everything was mind-blowing and exceeded all expectations!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light. The shared area, including the dining area and kitchen, was also large with high ceilings. We appreciated the little souvenir we received from the owner upon departure. The hotel's location in the heart of Naples made it convenient to explore the historic center and visit nearby museums. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with insider tips on transportation, restaurants, and Napolitan culture.

The location of this B&B is absolutely amazing. It is in the heart of the historic center, close to the metro and within walking distance to all the highlights of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious and full of light, with comfortable beds. The host is friendly and helpful, providing insider tips on the local culture and restaurants. The shared kitchen and dining room are well-equipped, perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal. Plus, there are plenty of wonderful groceries nearby to buy fresh, local food.
It would have been more convenient if the cleaning fee for the room was included in the overall cost, instead of being an extra charge.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Napoli Citta and I cannot say enough good things about it. The room was beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The shared kitchen and dining room were well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals during our stay. Francesca, the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with insider tips on Naples and always available to address any issues that came up. The location was perfect, with the metro station and all the historic sights within easy walking distance. We felt safe walking back late in the evening along Via Santa Teresa degli Scagli. The breakfast at Emilia Bar was a highlight of our mornings, with the cheerful and friendly staff, even though they didn't speak English. Francesca helped us communicate with them, ensuring we had a great start to the day with delicious Italian coffee. There are also plenty of local groceries nearby to buy fresh food. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the complicated internet access system and potential noise from traffic in the morning, I still highly recommend B&B Napoli Citta for its charm, cleanliness, helpful host, and excellent location. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return for another wonderful Napolitan experience.
